The hall or living area is 10x10 feet in size with the dining area of size 10.6x8.6 feet attached and placed in the north direction. The master bedroom is 11x10 feet in size and placed in the southwest direction with an attached toilet. The attached toilet is 5x4 feet in size and placed in the southwest direction. The Guest bedroom is 11x8 feet and placed in the northwest direction with an attached toilet of size 5x4 feet. The kitchen is 10x10 feet in size and placed in the southeast direction as per Vastu shastra. The dining area is 10x8.6 feet in size.

The puja room is placed in the direction of east of size 5.6x4 feet. The common toilet is 6.6x4 feet in size and is placed below the staircase in the northwest direction outside the house. A car parking area is planned for the home of 12.3x11 feet in size. As per Vastu shastra, the underground water tanks and sumps are placed in the north direction.
