The living area cum dining is 13x25 feet in size placed in the east direction. The master bedroom of the double height ceiling home is 10.3x11.6 feet in size. The puja room is 5x5.6 feet in size. The common toilet is 6x4 feet in size. The kitchen is 8.6x11.6 feet in size and placed in the southeast direction. 

The car parking space can be used in multiple ways such as sitout, two-wheeler parking, and or accommodating water tanks and borewells. As per vastu shastra building plan the underground water tanks, sumps and borewells should be placed in the northeast direction.
