The house is provided with a staircase outside to access the above floor.

The hall or living area cum dining is 16.9x15.9 feet in size and placed in the southwest direction. The master bedroom of the single floor house design is 11x10 feet in size and placed in the northwest direction with an attached toilet. The kitchen is 10x11 feet in size and placed in the southeast direction as per Vastu Shastra principles. The common toilet is 11x5 feet in size.

The car parking space can be used in multiple ways such as sitout, two-wheeler parking, and or accommodating water tanks and borewells. As per Vastu shastra the underground water tanks, sumps and borewells should be placed in the northeast direction.
