27’x29’ west facing house plan is given in the first image. This is a 2bhk house plan. The living room or the hall, master bedroom with an attached toilet, kid’s bedroom with an attached toilet, kitchen, and common toilet are available. The staircase is provided outside the home which is placed in the southwest direction.

27’x30’ east facing house plan is given in the second image. This is a two bedroom house plan. On this floor plan, the living room or the hall, master bedroom with an attached toilet, kid’s bedroom with an attached toilet, puja room, kitchen, and dining area is available. The total constructed area of this house is 1050 sqft.
