30’x30’ south facing house plan as per vastu shastra is given in the first image. The total constructed area is 800 sqft. This is a 1bhk house plan. On this floor plan, the living room, kitchen dining area, puja room, master bedroom, common toilet, and outside common toilet are available. The staircase is provided outside the home which is placed in the southeast direction.

1 bhk west facing house plan as per vastu shastra is given in the second image. The total constructed area is 1058 sqft. The living room or the hall, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with an attached toilet, and portico is available. The length and breadth of the floor plans are 23’3” and 45’4” respectively. The staircase is provided outside the home which is placed in the northwest direction.
